How Equipment Loan Works
Please read and follow these guidelines to ensure fair access for all members
Members Only
Equipment is available exclusively to current Steels Creek Landcare members in good standing.
30-Day Waiting Period
New members must wait 30 days from membership date before borrowing equipment.
Pre-Book Required
All equipment must be pre-booked using the form below. Maximum loan period is 3 days.
Own Property Only
Equipment must be used only on your Steels Creek property. No third-party loans permitted.
No Commercial Use
Equipment cannot be used for commercial purposes or contracting work.
Return Clean & Fueled
Please return equipment clean and with a full fuel tank, ready for the next member.
Report Damages
If equipment breaks down or is damaged during use, please notify us immediately so it can be repaired and kept in safe working condition for the next member.
